CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a mobile service provider, travel time and scheduling are carefully planned in advance. Please review the following: 24-Hour Notice Required Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Same-day cancellations or failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the service total or forfeiture of that service if part of a package or membership. Travel in Progress (for travel service only) If cancellation occurs after travel has begun, the full service amount may be charged. Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
